On July 15, Mercedes-Benz officially announced that the all-new pure electric CLA will be launched this fall, expected in September, and pre-orders have already begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to previous reports, the pure electric version of the CLA has received plenty of orders outside China, and the factory has implemented three-shift production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elegant Coupe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The all-new Mercedes-Benz CLA L pure electric version features the latest design language from Mercedes-Benz. The front grille is designed to be closed, yet retains the appearance of a traditional grille. Inside, there is a regular layout of three-pointed star emblems that can be illuminated. Combined with the full-width lighting system, which also features the three-pointed star design, it creates a striking visual impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the car offers three styles of front and rear bumpers: Classic, Night Classic, and Night Sport, with three optional wheel rim designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The side of the car features hidden door handles and a sleek fastback-style roofline. The smooth lines and elegant posture give the car its most distinctive appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The car measures 4763\/1836\/1471mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2830mm. Compared to the standard wheelbase version, the wheelbase has been increased by 40mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vehicle offers a 101L front trunk and a 405L rear trunk, making it the first pure electric model from Mercedes-Benz to feature a front trunk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Localized Intelligence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior focuses on a high-tech feel, with a wide, seamless display setup across the front row, consisting of a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel, a 14-inch central screen, and a 14-inch front passenger entertainment screen. Combined with ambient lighting, it is very impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The infotainment system integrates the Doubao AI language model, offering a rich variety of apps and a better understanding of user needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of smart driving, the system is developed mainly by a Chinese team and features the latest MB.DRIVE platform. Powered by NVIDIA’s Orin autonomous driving chip, it supports functions like urban navigation assisted driving and smart parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, the system features a map-free end-to-end large model with data-driven deep learning and planning capabilities, while also adopting rule-based algorithms that meet Mercedes-Benz standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

800V Platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of power, the new car is built on the MMA platform, utilizing an 800V platform architecture. The model applied for this time is a single motor version with a maximum power of 200kW, paired with a two-speed gearbox, and a maximum speed of 200 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
