Porsche<\/a> is expanding its custom color offerings with a range of new additions, including another created by American Designer Sean Wotherspoon<\/a>: Ashleygreen. Originally featured on a bespoke Porsche art car alongside his signature colors Nashyblue<\/a>, Seanpeach<\/a> and Lorettapurple \u2014 now, Ashleygreen, a vibrant medium green, is available to the wider Porsche community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Named after Wotherspoon\u2019s wife, the new color adds a personal and emotional layer to Porsche\u2019s expanding Paint to Sample (PTS<\/a>) catalog. The earthy yet modern shade reflects Wotherspoon\u2019s distinctive approach to design, blending streetwear sensibilities with high-end automotive culture. From the time of writing, Porsche enthusiasts worldwide will be able to order Ashleygreen through the PTS program, making the once-exclusive shade accessible for personal builds across various Porsche models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a comment to Hypebeast, the designer shared, \u201cI started working with Porsche about three years ago. When we introduced my SW Taycan Art Car<\/a>, Porsche gave me the chance to develop my own colors, so I named them after myself, my wife, and our kids.\u201d Now, three of these four colors are available as official PTS options via Porsche\u2019s official configurator. Wotherspoon further remarked, \u201cThis means a lot to me personally just on the car guy side of things, but even more so seeing their names on the Porsche website.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While no official statement has confirmed that Lorettapurple will join the consumer-facing PTS program, it is assumed that it will be soon to follow, as three of the four colors from the early Taycan collaboration are now available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
