His RUF-Modified 1971 Porsche 911S Coupe is currently up for auction on Bring a Trailer, with bids already surpassing $500,000 USD and rising ahead of the October 16 closing. This unique vehicle is a perfect fusion of classic styling and high-performance engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The story of this car began in 2008 when Seinfeld acquired the 911S and immediately shipped it to RUF Automobile in Germany. Over the next three years, the legendary tuner completely rebuilt the car, transforming it into a bespoke driver\u2019s machine. The overhaul included replacing the original engine with a RUF-built 3.4-liter flat-six, which delivers a formidable 340 horsepower, and installing a custom RUF six-speed manual gearbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coupe maintains its timeless long-hood silhouette, finished in a stunning Gemini Blue Metallic. However, its modifications run deep, featuring a reinforced chassis, RUF Bilstein suspension, and powerful 930 Turbo brakes. Additional details include a power-operated sunroof along with Euro-style taillights, H4 headlights and a left side mirror. Inside, the interior is finished in black leather with classic Pepita cloth inserts. The sale of this RUF-tuned 911S is a testament to the shared passion between Seinfeld and RUF\u2014a collector\u2019s item that seamlessly blends provenance, precision, and peak driving
