The 2025 Goodwood Revival will spotlight five legendary BMW Art Cars as part of the Earls Court Motor Show, celebrating 50 years of the series that unites motorsport and contemporary art. Running September 12\u201314, the exhibition is part of the global BMW Art Car World Tour, which honors the legacy of the collection\u2019s 20 \u201crolling sculptures\u201d designed by artists including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Jeff Koons and David Hockney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the highlights is Hockney\u2019s 1995 BMW 850 CSi, which uses bold brushstrokes to reveal the car\u2019s \u201cinner spirit,\u201d alongside Frank Stella\u2019s 1976 BMW 3.0 CSL, Roy Lichtenstein\u2019s 1977 BMW 320i Turbo, Ernst Fuchs\u2019 1982 BMW 635 CSi and Jeff Koons\u2019 2010 BMW M3 GT2, whose vibrant palette evokes speed even at a standstill. Each model reflects its artist\u2019s unique vision while staying true to BMW\u2019s racing heritage, from Le Mans\u2013tested machines to production-based icons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched in 1975, the BMW Art Car project has become a global cultural landmark, bridging technology, design,and art through collaborations with some of the world\u2019s most influential creatives. At Goodwood, visitors will be able to experience this dialogue firsthand, seeing how artists from across generations interpreted the automobile as both engineering achievement and artistic canvas. Saturday tickets for the Revival are already sold out, with limited availability remaining for Friday and Sunday via the event\u2019s official site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
