The partnership debuted at The Wiggles\u2019 Melbourne concert on December 7, 2024, with the unveiling of the custom-built stage car. Designed and developed by Toyota\u2019s Product, Planning and Development team, the Big Red Ute reflects the vibrant energy of The Wiggles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael Mills, Senior Designer at Toyota Design Australia, highlighted the passion behind the project. \u201cEvery detail of the Big Red Ute was crafted to embody The Wiggles\u2019 fun and lively spirit. From ideation to final build, it\u2019s been a joy-filled journey.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stage car, based on a Toyota FJ Cruiser, features eye-catching LED screen headlights designed as eyes and a built-in bubble machine for a whimsical touch. Fully drivable, it\u2019s designed to provide a show-stopping entrance for the band during their performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notably, the collaboration also ties into The Wiggles\u2019 latest hit, Big Red Ute, a playful country-rock anthem inspired by the group\u2019s classic Big Red Car. Toyota\u2019s Chief Marketing Officer, Vin Naidoo, emphasized the unique nature of this project. \u201cIt\u2019s not every day we design a vehicle with such imaginative features.
