Toyota has revealed its new 2024 Land Cruiser in three different variations, namely the \u201c1958,\u201d \u201cLand Cruiser\u201d and \u201cFirst Edition\u201d with its lowest tier trim looking like the best bang for your buck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an explosion of interest and continued infatuation with retro vehicles like the Land Rover Defender, Ford Bronco and Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, it shouldn\u2019t come as a surprise that the Toyota Land Cruiser \u201c1958\u201d trim package appears to be the most attractive of the lot and pleasantly the most affordable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While opting for the base \u201c1958\u201d model will undoubtedly mean sacrificing a bit of upgrade, in the form of a few inches on the touchscreen and at the wheels \u2014 the model, starting at only $50,000 USD includes the iconic retro-style round LED headlights that are otherwise only accessible through the top trim offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As expected in a base model, the \u201c1958\u201d is equipped with manually adjustable cloth seats, however, unlike in the original 1958 Land Cruiser, these seats and the steering wheel are heated. Other modern upgrades include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system and performance enhancements like Toyota\u2019s Crawl Control, a rear locking differential designed to be a low-speed cruise control for off-roading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three models are set to go on sale next spring with additional info on each available now on Toyota\u2019s official site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
