The campaigns rolled out in chapters with protagonist Takumi Fujiwara encountering a bright red 2022 Toyota GR86 as he makes his nightly run in his Fujiwara Tofu Shop marked AE86.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the \u201cMastering the Craft\u201d and \u201cPursuit\u201d chapters, Takum is overtaken by the mysterious GR86 in the final chapter, titled \u201cThe Challenge.\u201d As the drivers come face to face, it is revealed that the driver of the GR86 is Keiichi Tsuchiya, also known as the \u201cDrift King,\u201d the man responsible for popularizing touge racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The newest commercial starts off with Takumi on his nightly run once again, encountering his final Project D opponent, Shinji Inui of Sidewinder, now driving an orange Toyota GT86.
